2025 Graduate Program (GP)

This two-year program is more than just a job—it’s a launchpad for your career. Featuring diverse rotations, hands-on project experiences, classroom training, and mentorship, the GP offers ten unique roles across critical areas like communications, environmental and social development, gender-focused social development, finance, investment, and strategy. To be eligible, you need:

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience
Fluency in English and a passion for international development

2025 Legal Associate Program (LAP)

For legal professionals eager to specialize in international development law, LAP offers an exclusive opportunity. Over two years, you’ll rotate across teams, receive intensive training, and even join field missions to understand the complexities of AIIB’s legal frameworks and operational policies. To be eligible, you need:

Advanced law degree
At least 2 years of full-time, relevant legal professional experience
Admitted to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
Fluency in English and a passion for international development
