AIIB-financed projects generate numerous tendering opportunities for goods, infrastructure construction works and services. Explore the possibility of your next business opportunity through the tender notices published on this website. Suppliers, contractors, and consultants worldwide are eligible to participate in these tenders.

More information can be found in AIIB's Procurement Policy and its associated Directive on Procurement Instructions for Recipients.

Standard Procurement Documents (SPDs) have been prepared by AIIB for use by the Bank’s public sector clients for the procurement of Goods, Works, Non-consulting Services, and Consulting Services that are subject to international open competitive tendering or selection. The Bank is not party to the contract and does not accept legal responsibility for the adequacy of the contract forms contained in these SPDs. Bank clients are therefore advised to ensure that the contract conditions are suitable and complete in respect of any particular contract. When drafting specific documents, Clients are encouraged to seek legal and/or professional advice, as deemed appropriate.

Since 2021, AIIB has been publishing its Operational Procurement Report annually. This report is prepared by the Sustainability and Fiduciary Solutions Department (SFD), which was previously known as the Operational Services Department. The reports provide the statistics and analysis of signed procurement contracts that are financed by AIIB under Sovereign-Backed Financings (in both stand-alone and co-financed projects) and Project Preparation Special Fund grants. The reports can be downloaded on this page.

As the Bank's investment operations continue to expand, the Bank is actively seeking ways to enhance the accessibility, continuity, and sustainability of training and learning opportunities in order to support the procurement capacity building of Bank Recipients. SFD has initiated the development of the self-paced Procurement E-learning Modules for Recipients. These modules are open for enrollment to both Recipients and the Public, and the links to access them can be found on this page.
