The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is thrilled to announce the opening of applications of its 2024 Young Talent Programs!

Diverse Opportunities Await You:

As part of the program, analysts undergo rotations in different business functions, allowing them to contribute and learn in diverse environments. This holistic approach enables participants to immerse themselves in the daily work of their future counterparts and learn from industry leaders. What sets AIIB's Young Talent Program apart is the direct hiring of early career professionals as full-time International Staff—a rare opportunity in the international development arena.
